We felt our brand new (extendable) dining table warranted a newsletter of its own because we've been sourcing and selling dining tables for a few years and this one jumped out because it's so hard to find a dining table that ticks every box!

Slice Dining table is one of our star pieces from the SS17 collection of Universo Positivo ( exclusive to CA Design!) . Made up of numerous European designers, Universo Positivo has a singular design ethos to create beautifully crafted, functional and ergonomically sound pieces for the home. The Slice dining table exhibits all these qualities.

The Slice table is beautifully crafted in solid oak or teak with  clean lined  detailing and cornicing and an incredibly smooth finish. The extendable function is so cleverly integrated without compromising on the design so that regardless whether it is partially or fully lengthened, the table has exactly the same look and weighty appeal. Slice Dining table is available in 3 sizes - all 76cm high. We have a large oak table in the shop today so that our customers can be assured of the quality.

Universo have at least five solid oak chairs, which coordinate perfectly with the Slice table look and dimensions. We have a number of mid century chairs in oak, which would also work beautifully such as the Elbow style chair and Wishbone style chair (pictured).
